Ahkar Swe is a seasoned infrastructure expert and strategic leader with over 18 years of experience designing, securing, and managing complex IT environments—spanning banking, energy, manufacturing, and international operations. From hybrid data center deployments to cloud-native transformations, his career is built on a bedrock of precision, resilience, and purpose.
Currently serving as Senior Manager (Infra) at Myanmar Citizens Bank, Ahkar leads mission-critical networking, virtualization, and SWIFT migration projects that redefine national payment systems and banking infrastructure. He’s a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Azure Administrator, and Data Center Management Professional, known for bridging enterprise-class engineering with people-centered innovation.

Whether he’s documenting best practices in both English and Myanmar, or deploying cloud-native stacks on Azure, Ahkar brings clarity to complexity.
Currently pursuing an MBA, he is expanding into public tech advocacy, startup ideation, and economic development—proving that technology, when localized and inclusive, can be a true enabler of transformation.
